Where is my order?
All orders are shipped out from our Richmond, BC warehouse within 10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and additional emails once
your order is shipped and delivered.
We will reach out to you in the event your order is delayed.
What is the return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I cancel my order?
Requesting a cancellation is not guaranteed and is simply a request.
Depending on when your order was placed, cancellations may not be possible.
Please note, your order cannot be canceled if it has shipped.

Please note merchandise will only be accepted in its original condition (new, unused, and unwashed) with tags attached in their original packaging.

For best results, please read the following instructions on how to properly wash your purchased clothing:
1) Flip shirt inside out
2) Wash on cool in a gentle cycle
3) Hang dry
We are not responsible for any products that are ruined via the washing and drying process.
